Brief Answer:
Your present symptoms do not warrant a test to look for blockage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX,

Thank you for trusting healthcaremagic with your health concern.

Your present symptom of epistaxis (Bleeding from the nose) does not warrant an invasive investigation such as angiohraphy to look for the blockage in heart vessels.

Moreover, since your blood pressure is fluctuating, it would be highly dangerous to perform an investigation that needs puncturing of a blood vessel in order to perform the angiography (it is angiography that tells us if there is any blockage).

You can request an EKG(ECG), which is non-invasive, and EKG will be sufficient in my opinion to look for any signs of blockage at this point of time and further tests can be carried out based on the EKG result.

I hope this answers your query adequately, feel free to write back to me if you need any clarifications.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Best regards
