Brief Answer:
Could be a vault prolapse, need check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

At your age, it is possible for the pelvic muscles to lose their tone and as a result, you could be having a prolapse of the vaginal vault, making the vaginal tissue visible outside.

Pain while passing stool could/could not be related to a prolapse. It also needs to be evaluated properly.

In the current scenario, I would ask you to see a gynecologist for a clinical evaluation and decide on the further management. If it is a prolapse, you may need treatment based on the degree of prolapse and the discomfort.

Pelvic exercises, known as Kegel's exercises, help to overcome minor degrees of prolapse, while major degrees need active treatment.

Please maintain a healthy diet and adequate liquid intake.

Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact for any more information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
