Question: Hello, my period lasted only one day this month and dark blood (april 29th) and that day I started the pill.
Am I covered from pregnancy?
I took the pill fro 2 years until January 2017 and then I stopped 3 months, and now just started again.. I'm just worried because my period was very little..but I started the pill anyway im having sex. thanks

Brief Answer:
Back up may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic
it was better if you started pills after full flow as the emergency pill you took on 24th has caused this decrease in menstrual flow.
So in my opinion right now keep taking pills as you were using earlier; but in case erratic spotting occurs use back up in the form of condoms.

All the best

Brief Answer:
Because of pill intake

Detailed Answer:
Yes dear you are covered
There seems nothing to worry
This decreases flow is because of pill and is common so nothing related to any significant problem
