What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Urination Post An Abortion?
Question: I had a surgical abortion 2 weeks ago and I bled for the first week and it stopped completely for a week and my boyfriend pre-ejaculated in me 8 days after the abortion and today I noticed blood on the tissue paper after I urinate. Am I ovulating or am I pregnant again?

It is common to have some spotting even 2 to 3 weeks after an abortion.
Ovulation after an abortion generally occurs after 4 to 6 weeks, but there are exceptions.
Contraception is a must for 3 months following an abortion.
YOu need to have an ultrasound scan to check if you are ovulating and a blood B HCG test to check for a repeat pregnancy, which in my opinion, in less likely.
I think you are spotting as a residue from the abortion , however the two investigations suggested will confirm that.
