Brief Answer:
Can be due to any cervical lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

Bleeding or spotting after the intercourse can be due to cervical erosion, cervical polyp, preinvasive and even malignant lesions of the cervix.

You should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper internal examination and a pap smear as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
