If vaginal discharge is not connected with any odor or itching that means it is not due to infection, it is a normal vaginal discharge.

I think you should not worry about it.

But with your description it seems like that you are ovulating and fertile, so as you get off your pills the chances of pregnancy increased if you are sexually active and not using any protection.

Hence if you are not planning for baby, please use some contraceptive method to avoid pregnancy.
