Question: I went to the toilet to open my bowls I pushed a bit then a whole lot of blood and blood clot came out of my Virgin it hasn't happened since there's no sign of blood. I felt light headed immediately after this. I now feel nausea with it and a lot of pain in my lower stomach. It's not my period.

Brief Answer:
It may be an extra period

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern but don't worry so much.

While you are on medication for those issue you have ,hormonal imbalances can occur.

Try to have more fluids in your diet and rich iron foods to prevent any anemia .

If bleeding last more days than your normal periods than contact with a gynecologist, because you may need for a detailed examination.

Hi dear again!

Why did you say that you never get your periods?
Have you done any examination for missed periods ?

Brief Answer:
need to do a detailed pelvic examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.

Since you concern is about lack of periods, this is called secondary amenorrhoea. It needs a detailed examination. I understand your concern and in this situation you need to do a detailed pelvic examination with complementary examination such as transvaginal ultrasound, to exclude any reason for vaginal bleeding like :
uterine fibroid
uterine polyps
Pregnancy (if sexually active)

While prolactin levels are high ,as you may know ,periods have no chance to occur

But if your doctor will have to exclude any mentioned reason for your vaginal clot other than a high blood prolactin levels.
