I would like to tell you about symptoms of pregnancy. Symptoms of pregnancy does not appear so early with in one month of conception. These symptoms generally occur after 6 weeks.
Moreover these symptoms are not confirmatory of pregnancy alone. These symptoms also occur due to certain variations in hormones of body (as in few days before menstruation as premenstrual symptoms).
These symptoms hence does not predict or confirm pregnancy and not to be considered as pregnancy until pregnancy test is done.
Since today is 22 January and considering her last period as on 23 December, this is her normal menstrual cycle bleeding.

Dear doctor, We had tried during her ovulation date , ie 4th XXXXXXX ever since she is having sore breast, slight heavy tissue formation in uterus area, craving for food which she never used to ask for, plus feeling tired on alternative days, morning sickness etc. This was there till today morning
