Brief Answer: DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments: 1) Early vaginal bleeding occurs MOSTLY due to hormonal imbalance, caused by contraceptive pill itself and mental stress. However, Vaginal infection, Cervical polyp, Cervicitis etc can cause light bleeding prior to period. It may NOT be related to HPV infection as you have NORMAL Pap Smear result for last 3 years. But, we need to confirm it. 2) I suggest you to undergo one Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan and Colposcopic examination to rule out pelvic pathology (if any), caused by HPV infection. One biopsy is also required. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this. Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query. Wish your good health and take care yourself. Regards, Dr Soumen For future query, you can directly approach me through http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/Funnel?page=askDoctorDirectly&docId=63326

Brief Answer: DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for follow up query. If you have recently done Colposcopic examination and smear test, then possible cause of early break is HORMONAL IMBALANCE. However, you must undergo one Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan to rule out other pathology as mentioned above. Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion. Good luck and all the best.
