What Causes Urine Leakage After Urination?

Question: Hello. I am a 33 year old male and after I finish urinating the penis continues to drip a little even after I pull up my pants. I am not sure when it started or what caused it. I read online that kegel exercises can help improve this situation. I just wanted to get your opinion on these exercises. Is there any harm that can come from them? And are there any other exercises I can do to help the situation? thanks so much

Normally there would be a few drops that would drop after we urinate , a few drops is the qualifer there.

I would suggest milking the urethra (tube where urine comes out) after urinating to squeeze the extra urine that may be lingering there.

Kegels exercises are very good I strengthening the pelvic and sphincter muscles for patients with true stress incontinence. Kegels exercises have a no known side effects or bad effects and is highly recommended.

I would also urge you to get a urinalysis and KUB ultrasound To be sure we are not missing out on something.
