What Causes Urge To Urinate Along With Discomfort Bladder?

Question: For yearsI have had Issues. At some trouble urinating,feeling like I have to urinate most of the time.Feeling on bladder not empyting. Just never really comfortable. So after years I finally had a Cystoscopia exam..the other day. The Dr. said that every thing was perfect no Cancers,tumors or goths. Could find any reason why I was having trouble..He said maybe anxiety.I urinate forcefull most of the time. At times I feel vague sensations to urinate but when I try can't go. So I drink a lot until I really feel a strong urge to go.> I only have this problem in the morning or midday. Lot of the time I feel the need to make my self go by messaging my bladder until I feel I can to go.. This causes me much anxiety. I don't know how to deal with this problem.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had cancer of the prostate and now have difficulty in passing urine and urge to pass urine.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What treatment you have undergone for cancer of Prostate .Radiotherapy or chemotherapy?
2) How many rears have passed after this treatment ?

You have irritative voiding symptoms that one gets after treatment for cance pf prostate .

Take medication like Darifenacin once daily.

I had 27 treatments of external beam radiation XXXXXXX 2012 ,no chemo. My Dr said he could not see signs of affects from the Radiation in uretha or Bladder.When he filled my bladder up with fluid I had no trouble urinating it out. Maybe I am not waiting for the urge to urinate to get strong enough before I try to urinate. Before I could urinate even if I only had a small amount in my bladder. I had bladder scans which showed
at times I was retaining some urine and at times after being asked to urinate the scan showed almost 0 left in bladder.This is strange but I don't feel at ease unless I can feel like I can urinate. I guess because I fear I won't be able to urinate enough.
I know it is crazy but i also have OCD thinking i always need to feel some need to urinate. If i don't I try to make myself go.

Your urge to pass urine is mostly due to Over Active Bladder Syndrome that may be secondary to radiation Cystitis.

Taking Darifenacin once daily will help to resolve the symptom.
