What Causes Ureteral Obstruction After Renal Transplantation?

Question: My father had cadaver transplant before 2 months now it has been noted that mild hydronephrosis is seen in transplanted kidney.. the ultrasound reveals that poor maintained corticomedullary..and stricture may be possible at distal ureteric level what may be the solution

thanku doctor.. he is asymptomatic we have found only during ultrasound for biopsy.. blood counts are normal within the range.. the creatinine level is 2.4 to 2.6 after transplant.. but last week it has upraised to 3.5.. Edema is not present and he is voiding urine normally..
