Brief Answer:
Several possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM. It can be extraabdominal pain caused by neuromuscular disorders of abdominal and thoracic wall such as pulled muscle, pinched neeve rtc. in this case this will pull back on its own.

It may be caused by progression of your primary disease or by some other intraabdominal causes such as gallbladder stones, pancreatitis, liver cyst or tumor. In some cases stomach ulcer may manifest on this way. If pain persist, you should do ultrasoiund or even better CT scan of abdomonal cavity to rule out thi that I ve mentioned. Wish you good health. Regards
