Brief Answer:
Can be a infection or sepsis at site

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for query,
Most likely it can be because of some residual infection.Athough all precautions are usually taken during the surgery.Yet some times the foreign pathogen invades the abdomen.
Initially i would suggest you to go for few basic test like
Ultrasound abdomen
complete blood count
Total and differential leucocyte counts
if possible a CT abdomen(will provide a very clear picture)
Extreme fatigue and weekness can also be an indicator of ongoing infection or sepsis in abdomen.
The only precaution to be taken with food is that a low fat diet should be taken and you are already on it.So loose motions with fatigue malaise lassitude and pain can be a indicator of ongoing infection in your case.
Start taking a probiotic daily.
Take 2 tsf isapghullu husk at bed time.
Drink plenty of fruit juices.
Take fibrous diet rich in vegetables.
Follow up with reports soon!

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Yes and follow up with reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi yes you should go with the testings, add stool routine and microscopy to above adviced tests.
Follow up with reports.Take more carbohydrates in diet to keep your sugars a bit high.
Usg can detect inflammation but not infection.so all other tests are mandatory.
Thanks!
