Brief Answer:
you might be having gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis. Following investigations may be helpful to rule out other causes:-
1. Endoscopy.
2. Ultrasound of upper abdomen.
3. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
4. Serum amylase and lipase.
I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined by your doctor. You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals. Drink lots of water daily. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Also avoid alcohol. Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations and according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
