Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thanks for trusting us about your girlfriend health care.
I can understand your concern here.
I have gone through your history and in my opinion it can be a normal physiological variation in her menstrual cycle.
But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions from you.
Have you done any unprotected sex and she took any type of birth control pill?
Any type of vaginal discharge associated with any other symptoms?
Please revert back to me with my answers.
Hope
to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Here are the details you asked for :

Q.Have you done any unprotected sex and she took any type of birth control pill?

A. Me and my fioncee did protected sex, but accidentally the condom ruptured. She then took an Unwanted 72 pill within 30 hrs. She was facing stomach ache for couple of days after taking the pill . She took this pill for the first time in her life . This thread of question started then.
This was her first period after taking the pill. But as per her the menstrual flow this was time was very very low compared to usual .

Q. Any type of vaginal discharge associated with any other symptoms?
A. No.

Brief Answer:
Most probably a side effect of I-pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Sorry for the delay in my response.
The scanty menses is most probably a side effect of I-pill due to hormonal imbalance.
I-pill contains high doses of hormone in it and causes menstrual irregularities for 2-3 cycles.
So do not take any stress.
Just wait and watch for her menses.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
Regards
