Question: In the last week I have lost 5 pounds. I have not been dieting and my diet hasn't changed. Otherwise, I have been feeling fine. I do not have a lost of appetite or diarrhea . Should I be concerned?

That amount of weight can decrease from the change of fluids in our body. I am sure that if you measure yourself again tomorrow after having eaten a meal of drank some fluids, you will show maybe 5 pounds more, and that is more even possible if you are overweight.

I would not be concerned without any other symptoms that you mentioned above.
