Brief Answer:
Please see you GP or a Surgeon who can examine you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You should see your GP or a Surgeon who can examine you and advice accordingly. You should get an Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis done. Pain along with weight loss is not a good sign, however, the weight loss could also be due to the Graves disease. So I suggest that you also get your Thyroid function tests done.

You can upload the Ultrasound report for us to see and advice after you get it done. Stomach pain could be a myriad of things and guessing would not be correct as maximum information would be gained by examining you.

So, do undergo a formal check up and then let us know.
Do not worry, it might not be anything serious.
But I would not advice you to leave it unexamined.
Take care and do let us know if we can help you with any other queries pertaining to this issue.
Take care,
