What Causes Unbearable Headache?
Question: I often get headache. Especially headache on the top of the head and little on forehead. It starts from mid of the day and continues till the end of the day. Sometimes it really becomes unbearable.What might be the cause for it?how to prevent it? And also any remedy

You are having tension headache.
Just take paracetamol or ibuprofen whenever headache is severe.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 liters per day.
Avoid cold temperature,carbonated drinks,long travels.
Avoid sitting infront of desktop for long hours.
