Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having problem of twitching of the left eye.
The common causes for twitching are stress, increased intake of caffeine containing drinks... Migraine is also known to be associated with twitching of the eyelids.

I would like to treat this condition by the treatment of underlying migraine initially with tablets like Paracetamol 650mg four times a day, and correction of any underlying factors like avoiding stress, intake of caffeine containing drinks like coffee. If it doesn't get rectified with paracetamol only, then you will require prescription drugs called Triptans. They will be available only with a prescription, so you might have to see a neurologist later.
Use of multivitamin supplements will help for early symptomatic relief.

Please do write back me the details of treatment suggested by your neurophysician so that I can advice you regarding further course of treatment.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
