it is 2 am now, in unable to sleep from last 2 hours.
feeling disturbed with breathing cycles.

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Do you mean wheezing or trouble in breathing? If it is that then taking a strong coffee is a good home remedy. If possible getting nebulization with salbutamol will be helpful also. In absence of that salbutamol syrup will be helpful.

Do you had any history of breathing problems like asthma. ?
Are you having any other associated illness. ?
