What Causes Tremors In The Pelvic Area And Loose Stool?

Question: Hello. I am 43 years old and have enjoyed great health my whole life. Recently, I have developed an internal buzzing or tremor near my pelvic area or perhaps colon/abdomen. I thought it was a pinched nerve despite the lack of pain, but I am thinking it may be digestional or colonic. It has become non-stop. I am not having pain, but it is causing me a lot of anxiety. I don't know if the next thing I am about to say is due to my nerves or the underlying condition, but I feel the urge to go to the bathroom more frequently and have been having a little more gas, small but loose stools. This could completely be my nerves as the only problem I would say I have ever had is generalized anxiety. I am getting some twitching in my leg muscles that just started in the last 24 hours. I am scared as it is not going away. I do sit all day long in my job and know that my posture has been poor for some time because of this. I don't know if a compressed nerve in the spine could cause constant trembling/vibration? I am inclined to think it is neurological for sure and as mentioned, maybe even digestive with the latest increase in urination and need to relieve my bowels. I do drink a lot of caffeine, which tends to make my stools loose. I drink wine nearly everyday with dinner. I am so concerned about all of this, I am wondering if I should go to the ER? It has me worried. I am trying to relax. I have also wondered if it is IBS. I have an appointment with a chiropractor Monday, but now I am wondering if I should be seeing an orthopedic doctor, neurologist or gastroenterologist instead? You need to know despite my anxiety, I have never had health problems. I have never been to the ER in my life, with the exception of an urgicare visit for bronchitis.

Hello- This has progressed into trembling and shaking of my lower limbs. I am now also have muscle twitches else where in my body. I am being awoke from sleep by it and cannot control it through relaxing or breathing.
I am headed to my pcp this morning and wonder what kinds of tests you think should be run. It feels like my muscles are involuntarily seizing and spasming. I did go to the ER this weekend for the initial trembling. I was given Bentyl as they thought it was digestive spasm, but this seems more neruological. I am really concerned as it doesn't stop and is now progressing.
