Brief Answer:
You do not have ALS.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the anguish you seem to be in.

I am sure though that you do not have ALS. First of all you are too young. There have been cases of ALS in young people but they are pretty exceptional at your age, personally don't remember any patient under 40 with ALS in 7 years in the neurology field.

Age apart your symptoms do not suggest ALS at all. It has an insidious onset, usually involving one limb at first and progression takes places over a period of many months, your description couldn't be further from the evolution of a degenerative disease like ALS.

Your symptoms are most probably related to anxiety which treatment should be re-evaluated by your psychiatrist. Of course if not already done before, some routine blood tests should be done to look for metabolic conditions which could potentially explain some of those symptoms such as electrolytes abnormalities or thyroid dysfunction.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
