Brief Answer:
You need prompt clinical and imaging evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Shaking or tremor of extremities or a group muscles of body is a sign or symptom of serious neurologic disease. Your shaking when you try to do something indicates action tremor that may be caused from stroke, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis and from drugs as a side effect. If you experience tremor or shaking while you rest then it may be Parkinsonism. So I suggest you to consult a Neurologist and to discuss further steps in diagnosing, imaging of your condition and treatment possibilities. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
