Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I can't see the list of medications you are taking, i am concerned about them because, there are few drugs used in CHF, that can cause this.
In case you are taking Deriphylline or Any Inhaler containing Salbutamol, that can also cause tremors.
So, mention the lost of all drugs you are taking.

Also would like to know, which thyroid medication you are taking? Sometimes, if you have Hypothyroidism and you take excessive dose of Thyroxine you might develop Hyperthyroid symptoms.

I would advise you to get following:
1. Thyroid Profile
2. ionised Serum calcium
3. Serum Electrolytes and kidney function test.
4. All other routine investigations.

If you have any further query, please ask me.

Stay Healthy.
