Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the most common causes of tooth loss can be due to deep infection in teeth while other causes can be deep infection in gums secondary to a very poor oral hygiene which can cause loss of attachment of teeth to the supporting tissues and it leading to loosening of the teeth and fall of teeth..
Other causes like side effects of medications that generally causes dry mouth...

Now your second questions is about medications that can cause tooth decay..
Well, damage to teeth is most commonly an indirect effect of medications as there are a large number of medications that can cause dry mouth..
Out of a large number of medications common ones are Antacids, painkillers. anti allergics, decongestants, blood pressure medications, anti-depressants etc..

I would like to know from you that which medications you have taken and for what illness and you lost your teeth due to loosening and falling of teeth or due to decay?
Also please inform about the duration for how long the medication was taken?

Please revert back with answers so that I can advise you further..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
