Brief Answer:
Tonsil stone / tonsilolith

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and for your kind information tonsil stone is also known as tonsilolith. They are filled nooks and crannies where bacteria, dead cells and mucous can become trapped and trapped debris hardens and calcifies.

For this first you go for conservative management and if condition persist then go for surgical.

Wish you good health.
