Question: Symptoms food lost taste within two hours toung went numb headache began in right temple and behind ear then left side of face went numb now, right side of face numb with no function at all eye will not close can not move any part of right side of face left side numb but works speech is impaired

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Symptoms narrated by you may occur with complex partial seizures.
Presence of numbness with inability to speech appropriately is a feature.
Is this first time or recurrent?
Any history of seizure?
Any headache, vomiting, loss of consciousness?
Anxiety to be kept another diagnosis is all other symptoms are absent.
Have you got any brain Mri or CT?
Please upload report and detailed history.

Take pain killers and get a brain imaging

Hello,
Get a CT or MRI of brain to rule out any brain lesion.
Migraine headache may sometimes feel like throbbing with nausea and abnormal health and aversion to sound and light.
Take pain killers for headache for now.
Is the anxiety disorder severe and associated with sleep disturbances?
