What Causes Tiredness?

Question: I feel tired allmost always. Can you please suggest me some action items to resolve these kind of health issue. And can you also suggest me how to be active throughout the day.

First of all, I would suggest you to get basic investigations done like CBC (Complete Blood Count), blood sugar levels, Thyroid function test. Hopefully, these tests should be normal in you.

Now, to keep yourself active, you must follow a strict daily regimen of timed events. For eg: wake up at 6 am, jog from 6 to 7 am.

Regular exercise keeps you fit and active. Exercise releases Endorphins that makes you active and energetic.

Start a new hobby like cycling, gardening. This way you would become more active.

If these measures fail, you can go for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with a Psychiatrist where you can gradually learn to keep yourself active.
