Question: i m taking cifran ct last 2 days..in day time i m filling very tired and uneasy and wants to sleep in bad just after taken cifran ct after breakfast..is its its sie effect or what??

Cifran CT can cause nausea, vomiting, taste disturbance and even drowsiness as its side effect. But not that severe that you are experiencing.

Loose stools causes a lot of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance leading to weakness and excessive sleepiness.
I suggest you to Continue with the medicine and to take Oral Rehydration Solution. You can purchase it from the market on the counter available with the name Electrol ORS.
In case you have persistent vomitings you might require intravenous fluids.
If you have no vomitings continue with the Medicines and maintain proper hydration with Electrol ORS.
