What Causes Tiny Red Bumps Inside Mouth?

Question: What are these tiny red bumps? I am freaking out that I have oral cancer. I went to my dentist on Thursday and he said it was irritation and not cancer. I'm worried these bumps weren't there when I saw him. I don't smoke or drink. For the last two or three weeks I've had SEVERE anxiety. Could this be the cause. I had cervical HPV 3-4 years ago, but it's been clear since, been tested for hiv and it's negative. I'm freaking out. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I understand your concern. Since you donot smoke or drink, the possibility of cancer is remote. These may be simple small mucous cysts or fibrous tissues. I would like to add more once you send a picture of the lesions.

this is what it looks like. its hard to get a picture of them, but if you look closely toward the tip, you can see them. there aren't any lesions, really. would hpv cause cancer on the front of the tongue or is that more toward the back?

Hello dear. The lesions are barely visible and too me it dsnt look like cancer.
it is difficult t o say what exactly they are.....but for all practical reasons it is not cancerous.
