What Causes Tinnitus And Vertigo With Dry Ear Dust?

I need a few more details to assess the situation better.
1) For how long have you been suffering from tinnitus ? Does it fluctaute ? Are both the ears affected ? Does it disturb your sleep?
2) How many episodes of vertigo ? Was the vertigo disabling ? How long does each episode last ? Is the vertigo associated with increased tinnitus and hearing loss ?
3) Details about haering loss. For how long has there been hearing loss ? Does it fluctuate?
4) Any history of exposure to loud noise, History to occupational exposure to loud noises ?
5) History of medicines taken other than for the tinnitus that you have already mentioned.
6) Results of audiometry and tympanometry tests if done.
7) History of cardiac diseases.

b. Are both the ears affected? ONLY RIGHT YEAR, BUT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS I FEEL THE SAME IN THE LEFT EAR TOO
c. Does it disturb your sleep? NO

b. How long does each episode last? FEW HOURS
c. Is the vertigo associated with increased tinnitus and hearing loss? YES
3) Details about hearing loss. For how long has there been hearing loss? ONLY ONCE
a. Does it fluctuate? IT WAS THERE ONLY FOR FEW DAYS, AFTER THE VERTIGO IT BECOME NORMAL HEARING.

5) History of medicines taken other than for the tinnitus that you have already mentioned? ANTIBIOTICS FOR CHEST INFECTION DON’T REMEMBERING THE NAME

From the details that you provided it looks like Meniere's disease is a proabability.
Meniere's disease is characterised by attacks of vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss , tinnitus and ear fullness.
Just before the attack of vertigo there will be hearing loss, tinnitus and ear fullness. Once the vertigo starts it will last for a few hpours and is associated with nausea and vomiting. But the hearing loss and the tinnitus will last for a few days. If your symptoms match the description that i have given you then there is a definite possibility of meniere's disease.
Generally in the beginning patients are alright between attacks but as the disease progresses patients may have persistent vertigo and hearing loss even in between the attacks. In your case tinnitus is consantly present which does not typically occur in clear cut meniere's but variations can occur in presentation.
I would advise you to meet your ENT and get audiometry test done. It will tell us about the type and degree of hearing loss if present. Then when you get an attack of vertigo get another audiometry and compare it with the result of the audiometry done when you had no vertigo. If there is fluctauting hearing loss which is proved by audiometry then the diagnosis is certainly meniere's. Speak to your doctor about this.

Hi,
Tablet prochlorperazine 5 mg 3 times daily is safe and effective for vertigo.
Trade name is stemetil. It can produce considerable amount of drowsiness.
I would like to stress that it is of utmost importanc to meet a doctor first before you start taking any tablet.

I too feel that it is Meniere's disease.
I am continuing my following medicine for last 4 days, and still I am not feeling comfortable, my tinnitus is same level or increased.
1. Bertigo 24 Mg Tablet (Betahistine Dihydrochloride) – 2 times a day

Hello and sorry for the delayed response,
Bertigo is useful only for mild vertigo. For severe vertigo you will need drugs like prochlorperazine or cinnarizine.
Talk to your doctor about these drugs.
There is no medicine for tinnitus.
The underlying cause should be treated.
For persistent tinnitus you can use tinnitus maskers, or tinnitus retrainers or simply hearing aids. Your doctor will know about them.
