Brief Answer:
Possibly related to pinched nerve.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. They are suggestive of pinched nerve in the neck region, which usually happens due to bulging of discs between vertebral bones. The diagnosis can be confirmed by doing an MRI scan of cervical spine.

Another cause could be a pinched nerve at the level of wrist, called as carpal tunnel syndrome.

Medications such as pregabalin capsules would help in reducing symptoms of tingling.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
