Brief Answer:
Possibility of STD has to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activity. Are you married? When was your last marital contact and extramarital contact? Are your wife or sex partner having any problem?
Yellowish discharge staining your under wears and tingling sensation at the tip of your urethra are likely to be due to STD. At the same time you had not mentioned anything about burning sensation or pain during urination. Gonorrhea or chlamydia with or without Trichomonas infection are the possibility. In gonorrhea, the symptoms might be more florid (Profuse discharge, burning sensation, pain during erection) while the symptoms would be mild with Chlamydia and Trichomonas.
The examination of smear and swab from the discharge would reveal the exact diagnosis.
Meet a Physician, practicing venereal diseases, he could identify the cause and treat you better.

I have no pain. Just the tingling of the penis tip and it's not constant. It seems to happen only when I am leaking. The leaking is mild. Just a dab of wetness. I am sexually active and single. I do not have one sex partner only but intercourse is infrequent. There is no pain during ejaculation and no pain during urination. There is no discoloring of the skin and there are no visible lesions. The last time I had intercourse was two weeks ago. Symptoms started two days ago. I have had oral sex in the last week. Does this sound like an STD or a urinary tract infection?

Brief Answer:
Chlamydia, Trich, Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis have to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

All your descriptions made me to arrive at a point that Gonorrhea is quite unlikely in your case as you had this manifestations only after 10-12 days after the exposure and also by the absence of any severe symptoms.
But it is better to rule out the possibility of Chlamydia and trichomonas infection with further investigations on discharge and urine examinations. As you are sexually active it is also better to have a STD panel test and rule out HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis etc.
Here afterwards it is better for you to stick to safe sex in future.
