Question: I just got out of 3 days in hospital after blacking out and getting 5 inch gash on forehead , all tests for heart done cat scan done all show all good with heart , test also showed low magnesium , I was at computer and suddenly I felt a funny feeling from upper body like flushingtingling , then getting up from floor with blood from wound 5inch , felt ok after .

The first possibility that came to my mind was a cardiac cause , but since all your test results and cardiac evaluation are ok, you should feel reassured.
I presume your blood pressure, blood sugars ,hemoglobin ,vitamin B12, Vitamin D were all within normal limits.
Most likely low magnesium levels might have resulted in your symptoms. Low magnesium levels can cause tingling , numbness and even cardiac arrhythmia ...which might be the culprit. You might have been given oral magnesium as treatment .
Have well balanced nutritious meals and include green leafy vegetables like spinach, nuts etc.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
