It is imperative to consider your sleeping position lately, or the activities you have gone through lately. It is not rare that when a certain sleeping position is adopted, or any particular activity, that causes compression of certain blood vessels that reduce blood flow to a particular region of the body like fingers, such a tingling funny feeling could be experienced. This however is usually very short lived. I would strongly suggest you just stay calm, avoid any compression around this area and watch very carefully. The fact that there are no color changes, pain or swelling are reassuring. I really do not think its something serious. Persistence of such symptoms within a couple of days or intensification and onset of new symptoms should warrant a proper medical consultation.
