Question: Hi, my Penis skin is tight and I can't pull it backward completely, it causes problem while inserting or having sex, any ointment can solve this problem or surgery

There is no ointment for treatment of your condition.
First try any lubricant like vasaline and very slowly try retracting foreskin backwards.
If you can do it, practice it 3-4 times daily so that gradually it becomes easy to retract it back.
If you can not do it, I would suggest you to get circumcised. Contact your general surgeon for further guidelines.
