Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Although I do not wish to alarm you, but a doctor always works towards ruling out the more serious conditions before considering the less serious ones. For this reason, I would recommend a visit to the nearest clinic, hospital or doctors office for a medical checkup and immediate ECG (EKG).

Along with this, please also request for a pulse oximetry and cardiac enzyme level check. Please report back to me with the results or discuss them with the medical staff available immediately.

I hope and pray this is nothing serious and your symptoms subside at the earliest. Please stay calm, breathe well, and do not stress about anything. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
