What Causes Tight And Non Retraction Of Foreskin Of Penis?
Question: I got married 6 years ago and have had a good sexual life. For past few months reasons not know to me, I have got a very tight foreskin and while trying to retract it during masturbation or sexual intercourse my foreskin got damaged and got scars on it. It tends to even bleed some times if I force it. It itches like hell sometimes forcing me to itch which cause further swelling. I normally use coconut oil on it and try to stretch but fail.
Please tell me what's the solution. Do I need circumcision as the final solution or any antibiotic or cream would help.

What you have described is a classical condition which we label ' chronic balanosposthitis'. There is a possibility that your blood sugar levels are high. I sincerely suggest you get your blood sugar levels and HbA1C levels tested straightaway, especially if any of your family members are also diabetic. And if sugars are indeed high, you will not need circumcision, but a good control of the sugars will cause the skin to become supple again with reslotion of cracks. Please do not force the skin to open. Microcracks will reform, and heal with mor scarring and more tight closure of the opening..
If your sugar levels turn out to be normal, you can try local medication like candid and maybe oral fluconazole tablets, but eventually Circumcision might be the best solution, which is anyway, and extremely simple procedure that can be completed within half-hour under local anaesthesia.
