Brief Answer:
Tietz syndrome or costochondritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Tietz syndrome or costochondritis is the inflammation of cartilage of ribs where it attaches to sternum bone.
Localized pain and tenderness on chest is the usual symptom. For some pain can be sharp also which will give false impression of cardiac chest pain.
Cause of this is not well understood (Idiopathic). There are hereditary connection for this. Recent or viral infections , trauma are said to be some reasons. Young females are usually affected more. It is self limiting mostly.
You can do warm compress, avoid hard activities which involving use of chest and shoulder , applying NSAID gels like Diclofenac (Volini) or ketoprofen will be helpful. You can also take NSAIDs like Ibuprofen if pain is more.
If there is no improvement then you can approach an orthopaedic surgeon for local corticosteroid injections.

Let me know if any thing not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
