Brief Answer:
Following causes to throwing up speckles of blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Throwing up speckles of blood might be related to:
- gum problems
- throat infection
- lung issues
- esophageal varices (in case your liver is being damaged at the extent of causing esophagel varices)

So, first, get your oral cavity checked (mouth, gums, throat). If nothing, should run X-ray of the chest to rule out lung problems. If still nothing, then, can do upper endoscopy to evaluate problems in esophagus, stomach or duodenum.

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Meanwhile, I highly recommend not to drink alcohol and to conduct a healthy lifestyle and diet regimen.

Hope it was of help! Let me know if I can assist you further!
