Brief Answer:
Sounds due to muscular-skeletal issues....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Throbbing feeling in front of left shoulder, with no pain is a sign of possible muscular-skeletal problem:
- perhaps you've been working and putting in movement more the left shoulder than the other
- bad positioning
- sweating

I advise to:
- apply warm clothing locally
- apply analgesic cream locally
- take OTC pain-killers
- massaging the area with oliver/lavender oil can also help

If no improvement, should see your physician as you might need prescription medications.

If you are also having difficulty in breathing, then, immediate examinations are advised to rule out: lungs, pleurisy or cardiac problems.

Hope it was of help!
