Brief Answer:
Sucral O should help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Too much of alcohol would definitely irritate the stomach lining and would aggravate the acid secretion. Either of them would increase the nauseous and vomiting sensation. The vomited acid would further injure the food pipe and throat and the forceful vomiting can cause tears in the lining of the food pipe, thus leading out the blood. That is what has happened to you.

You should take 4-6 tsf of Sucral-O syrup (contains sucralfate and a topical anaesthetic). It will help in reducing the gastric irritation and thereby the vomiting tendency. It will also reduce the pain during swallowing. Also gurgle with lukewarm water.

Try to reduce your alcohol intake.
