Brief Answer:
GI scopy, pH monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

I have been through your clinical history. you most likely have gastro esophageal reflux disease and possible reflux laryngitis as well.

I would recommend you the following:

Upper GI scopy and pH monitoring to reach the diagnosis. This is performed by gastroenterologist. I would also suggest a ENT reference to rule out reflux laryngitis.

In such condition, I would start you on prokinetic drug like Cintodac which helps to fasten gastric emptying and Pantoprazole to reduce the acidity. Syrup sucrafil is also helpful. You can discuss with your treating doctor.

Certain dietary precautions are to be taken as well. You can have a low spice bland diet. Keep upright for 1 hour post every meal. Do not sleep in bed right away after a meal.

I would suggest you to have a thyroid test done as well to rule out hypothyroidism. This can cause the fatigue and tiredness sensation you complain about.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.

Thanks for the reply doctor. I recently had this Thyroid test done, it was negative. These medicines Cintodac and Pantoprazole which you mentioned should be continued for how long?
The doctor had put a camera inside the throat and it also gave negative results.
