Brief Answer:
Can be a fungal( yeast) infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern here.

I have worked through your symptoms and it can be due to fungal (yeast) infection.

You can follow these advices-

Keep the vaginal area clean and dry.
-Use loose fitting cotton undergarment.
-Use vagitab vaginal tablet for vaginal insertion for 7 days.
-Use fluconazole antifungal medication once in a week after doctor consultation.
Drinking a lot of water.
-Use healthy and balanced diet, high protein and low sugar diet with curd in it.
-Go for blood sugar level checked.

If your symptoms not relieved in 4-5 days, consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
