2) one time between 2-3 days. 4-5 drops of semen just like water drops and like jel.

What you are getting is not the sperms but thick secretions ( Mucus )secreted by Bulbourethral glands located in Bulbar part of urethra which get stimulated by sexual thoughts.

This is common at the age of adolescence and there is nothing to be worried about it .It will get resolved spontaneously without any treatment .

Sir, but it happened last six months. Please give Some tips for stopping this, after this I feel uneasy sometime. Sometimes it is very painful and burning.
