Brief Answer:
likely acute gastritis or gastroenteritis, take symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and understand the concern about stomach pain, bloating and belching.

From the symptoms you have shared here,I would like to say that the underlying cause is likely because of acute gastritis or gastroenteritis, the first possibilities I would think in your case.

Since you are facing this problem recently and not from a long time,I would advise you to try some symptomatic over the counter medications with STRICT dietary precautions.

This may give you some relief,so you should wait for couple of days and there is NO need to see doctor at right now.

1) Take over the counter antacids tablets (like Tab.Pantoprazole 40mg or Tab.Rabiprazole 20mg) with Tab.Gas-X (generic name: Simethicone) twice daily.

Tab.Simethicone may not be available over the counter in your country,so you can see your PCP for prescription.

Avoid taking over the counter pain killers for stomach pain as it may further cause gastric trouble and bloating.

2) Take tab.ondasetron 4mg for nausea and syrup Digene 2 TSF two times a day if you have gastric burning.

3) Avoid eating full stomach, instead take small meals.

4) Eat high protein and easily digestive foods rather than carbohydrates or fatty foods.

5) Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. Avoid hot, oily and spicy foods and prefer HOME food. Take soft diet only for initial couple of days.

6) Avoid talking while eating as it may also worsen belching and bloating. Drink much of water will reduce belching.

With above symptomatic treatment and dietary precautions,we would expect to see some improvement within 1 or 2 days.

But in case if problem persists longer or even after above precautions, then it would be advisable to see physician or gastro-physician for further evaluation.

Hope this detailed explanation will be helpful.
