When male partner ejaculates early before the female partner reaches to orgasm called early ejaculation or premature ejaculation.
It isn't diagnosed by the time of masturbation.

According to DSM 5 diagnostic criteria: premature ejaculation is defined if there is ejaculation within one minute after entering tin to vagina.

There is no maximum duration for ejaculation.
It depends on mood, environment, age, body make up.
If you are unmarried then it is difficult to tell about early/premature ejaculation.
This time will increase when you enjoy sexual intercourse with your partner.
Do not be panic and apprehension.

Please upload your semen analysis report for better evaluation.
Treatment should be take after semen analysis result.

Avoid stress, drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, do regular exercise like walking and running for 45-60 minutes in morning followed by yoga for 10-15 minutes.
