Brief Answer:
probable RLS or PMLD; Bruxism

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Dear XXXXXXX I can understand your concerns.

You have problem of rubbing your feet and grinding teeth while sleeping.

This problem of rubbing of teeth may be a result of restless leg syndrome (RLS) or periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD). These are technically classified as parasomnias (sleep related disorders).

There are strange sensation in the legs which cause person to continuously move their legs or feet. This is of much discomfort to the partner sleeping nearby, than to person himself.

Some causes which are implicated in such disorders are impaired kidney functions, vitamin B12 deficiency, iron deficiency anemia.
Kindly consult a physician and undergo the respective investigations.

Drugs like pramipexole and ropinirol (prescription drugs) work well in such cases.

Teeth grinding or bruxism is also seen in some people.

There is no specific treament for this.
However, a regular dental examination is necessary to make sure of healthy dentition.

Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.

Feel free to discuss further.

Take care.
Thanks.
