Brief Answer:
IOP to be maintainef

Detailed Answer:
My dear,

Thanks for sending your query to us
The aim in such children is to maintain the pressure within normal range. The excess fluid is drained in sub conjunctival space and it does not produce watering in the eye.As I am sure the doctors have examined and are comfortable about the iop being normal there is not much cause of worry.
What is important that you have regular checkup and as such children have a tendency of recurrence of problem. It seems that you are under good care and the doctors were able to diagnose and re do glaucoma surgery.

Brief Answer:
Astringent eye drops

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to us.
This watering may be due to surface disorder or due to some post operative inflammation. Ideal would have been to use steroid eye drops but that would aggravate the glaucoma, as one has a different entity bythe name of steroid induced glaucoma.
We should start with astringent eye drops. which can reduce the watering and may be supplemented with lubricant eye drops. These drops can be used about 4 times a day and should Ideally help.
Any further assistance in this regard, please do get back to me.

Brief Answer:
Vigamox eye drop

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.
vigamox will be a good and safe drop but it is antibiotic and will be very useful if there is discharge from the eye, more so in the morning.
astringent drops or decongestant like visine are useful. Let's start with vigamox for few days and then start with second level of drops.
